100% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation made 24 hours or more before check-in
If you cancel your reservation 24 hours or more before the check-in time, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

The deposit will not be refunded

Non-refundable rate, cancellation made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show
If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before check-in or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

Reservation Changes

Changes to the reservation dates are possible depending on room availability. If the new booking dates fall within a higher rate period, an additional charge may apply.

Special Cancellation Circumstances

In the case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or flight cancellations), a refund may be granted depending on the circumstances and upon submission of supporting documents.
