Welcome to Prado Apartment Hotel!
By booking a stay with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card or a prepayment via bank transfer.
  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance is due upon arrival or before check-in.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • Please note, the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in time.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the check-in time, the deposit (50% of the total booking cost) will not be refunded.
  • In case of a no-show, the deposit will also be non-refundable.
  • Early departures are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 11 AM
  • Check-out time: 3 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Room Policies

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rooms or property during their stay. Charges may apply.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
  • For biological safety reasons, we kindly ask our guests to dispose of their trash in the municipal waste containers themselves. We are located within the Olympus Biosphere Reserve.
  • Quiet hours are from 12 AM to 7 AM to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests.
  • Pets are allowed. Guests must inform the hotel in advance if they are bringing pets.

5. Facilities and Services

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
  • On-site parking is provided for hotel guests.
  • Prado Apartment Hotel offers a laundry room that you can use for an extra charge.

6. Liability

  • Prado Apartment Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
  • The hotel is not liable for any injury or accident occurring within the premises due to guests’ actions or negligence.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or necessary for completing your booking.
  • By using our website or staying at Prado Apartment Hotel, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • Prado Apartment Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
