Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

All payments are processed in EUR through a secure online payment gateway.

For Non-Refundable rates, the total booking amount is charged at the time of reservation confirmation.

For Flexible rates, the total booking amount may be charged according to the cancellation terms described below or in the event of a no-show.

Non-Refundable Rate

Reservations made under the Non-Refundable rate are fully prepaid and non-refundable.

In case of cancellation, modification, early departure, or no-show, the total booking amount will not be refunded.

Flexible Rate (Free Cancellation up to 14 Days Before Arrival)

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before arrival, the total booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

Early departures are non-refundable.

In case of no-show, the total booking amount is non-refundable.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable according to the selected rate plan, the refund will be processed to the same card or original method of payment used during the transaction.

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after confirmation of the cancellation. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the guest’s account depends on the issuing bank and may vary.

All refunds are made exclusively to the original payment method.

Reservation Changes

Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

If the new dates fall within a higher rate period, the price difference will be charged.

Exceptional Circumstances

In documented cases of force majeure (such as serious illness or official travel restrictions), cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
