Prado Apartment Hotel I.K.E. provides short-term accommodation rental services in Limani Litochorou, Greece. By booking a stay with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit/debit card or, where available, by bank transfer.

Payment and charging conditions depend on the selected rate plan at the time of booking:

  • Non-Refundable Rate: the total booking amount may be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
  • Flexible Rate: your card may be pre-authorized (temporarily blocked) and/or charged in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit and debit cards through Nexi e-Commerce. Bank transfers may also be accepted where applicable.

All card payments are processed securely through the electronic payment platform “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A., using TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking (Non-Refundable or Flexible). For full details, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

4. Property Rules

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, common areas, or property. Charges may apply.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas.
  • Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

The property is located within the Olympus Biosphere Reserve. Guests are requested to comply with environmental guidelines and local waste management regulations.

5. Pets

Pets are allowed only upon prior notification and approval.

A pet fee of EUR 20 per stay (including VAT) applies per pet. This fee covers the additional cleaning time required after departure and is added to the total reservation amount at the time of booking (as a separate line item).

We reserve the right to refuse undeclared pets. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, additional cleaning costs, or disturbance caused by their pets during the stay.

6. Facilities and Services

  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
  • On-site parking is provided for guests.
  • Laundry facilities are available for an additional charge.

7. Liability

Prado Apartment Hotel shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from guest negligence, misuse of facilities, or failure to comply with property rules. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance where deemed necessary.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Personal data is collected solely for booking, communication, legal compliance, and transaction processing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Local Taxes and Additional Fees

All applicable taxes and mandatory fees are displayed during the booking process before payment confirmation. The total price breakdown may include:

  • Climate Resilience Tax (formerly accommodation tax), calculated per room per night according to Greek legislation.
  • Environmental or municipal charges where applicable.

All charges are shown transparently before the final booking confirmation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation through our website or payment platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

10A. Authorization of Charges

By providing your payment details and completing a reservation, you expressly authorize Prado Apartment Hotel I.K.E. to charge your card in accordance with the selected rate plan and the applicable cancellation policy.

In the event of cancellation outside the permitted cancellation period, late cancellation, or no-show, the applicable amount may be charged and such transaction shall be considered authorized by the cardholder.

11. Changes to These Terms

Prado Apartment Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
